Order Appellant brought this action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to recover damages for the wrongful death of her husband. After a jury verdict finding no liability on the part of the appellee for the decedent's death, appellant moved for a new trial. The trial court denied the motion and this appeal followed.
