This case requires an interpretation of the scope of the farm and ranch workers exemption to the Workmens Compensation Act contained in Â§ 52-1-6(A), N.M.S.A. 1978 (1979 Supp.) We hold that the act does not apply to the agricultural workers of any employer, regardless of the fact that the injured employee was performing some non-agricultural service at the time of his injury.
